Going out for a feast of Indian food is such a wonderful treat. But, if you want to stay home, you can also create some of your favorite Indian dishes with spectacular results! But how, you may ask? Well, may I present to you my Easy Indian Recipes for the Home Cook.

Indian is my favorite of all cuisines and I have on offer for your perusal classics like Chicken Tikka Masala , Samosas, Easy Homemade Naan Bread and Chutney. There is also some non-traditional Indian recipes like Curry Vegetable Basmati Rice and Roasted Acorn Squash with Indian Spices. You can also make your own Easy Indian Spice Blend to add to dishes of your own creation.
