When is Oktoberfest 2026?

Saturday 19th September to Sunday 4th October.

Oktoberfest is a fun, Bavarian festival celebrated annually in Munich, Germany. It’s the world’s largest beer festival, attracting millions of visitors each year. They do love their meat at Oktoberfest. From suckling pigs, to chicken, Wiener schnitzel and bratwurst. Below are my selection of recipes for your perusal.

Did you know that Oktoberfest does not run the entire month of October? It actually starts in the later dates of September and runs until the beginning of October.
