Put the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, stir.
Repeat, until the chocolate is completely melted. You can also use a double boiler (a heatproof bowl over a pan of simming water, make sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water). If adding any flavor extract, add to the chocolate before melting.
Spread the chocolate onto the parchment paper into an even rectangle (about 8 x 10-inches, 20 x 25 com )
Sprinkle the dried cranberries and pistachios evenly over the chocolate.
