Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw pecans
  • 1 cup mixed dried fruit of choice
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and position rack in the center.
  • Spread the almonds onto a baking sheet in an even layer and roast for 13 minutes, remove and allow to cool.
  • Spread the pecans onto a baking sheet and roast for 8 minutes, remove and allow to cool. If you have 2 baking sheets, you can do them both at the same time, just take the pecans out before the almonds.
  • Once cooled, add the nuts to a large bowl and mix in the dried fruit and coconut..
