Spicy Blue Cheese Potato Chips

- 5 ounces 142 gram unsalted potato chips
- 5 ounces 141 grams blue cheese crumbles
- Jalapeño smoky hot sauce I use Arizona gunslinger
Heat the oven broiler (grill if you’re in the U.K).
Using an oven-proof baking sheet, arrange the chips in an even layer, slightly overlapping so the crumbles don’t fall through.
Sprinkle the blue cheese evenly over the chips. Broil/grill until the cheese is melted.
Serve immediately drizzled with hot sauce
