Ingredients

  • 5 ounces (142 grams) plain unsalted potato chips
  • 5 ounces (141 grams) blue cheese crumbles
  • Jalapeño smoky hot sauce I use Arizona gunslinger

Instructions

  • Heat the oven broiler (grill if you’re in the U.K).
  • Using an oven-proof baking sheet, arrange the chips in an even layer, slightly overlapping so the crumbles don’t fall through.
  • Sprinkle the blue cheese evenly over the chips. Broil/grill until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve immediately drizzled with hot sauce
