Soothing Therapeutic Herbal Tea

Camomile is brewed with fresh ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, mint and honey.

- 2 chamomile tea bags
- 1 inch (2.5 cm) thinly sliced fresh ginger
- Small pinch turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 sprigs fresh mint plus more for garnish
- 1 teaspoon honey or to taste
To a teapot add the fresh mint sprigs.
Add the infuser to the teapot and add the camomile tea bags, ginger, turmeric powder, lemon juice. Allow to steep for 5 minutes.
Add a drizzle of honey (to taste) to each of the cups and pour over the tea. Stir to mix in the honey. Garnish with mint leaves.
