Ingredients

  • 2 chamomile tea bags
  • 1 inch (2.5 cm) thinly sliced fresh ginger
  • Small pinch turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint plus more for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon honey or to taste

Instructions

  • To a teapot add the fresh mint sprigs.
  • Add the infuser to the teapot and add the camomile tea bags, ginger, turmeric powder, lemon juice. Allow to steep for 5 minutes.
  • Add a drizzle of honey (to taste) to each of the cups and pour over the tea. Stir to mix in the honey. Garnish with mint leaves.
