Peach Frozen Yogurt Popsicles

Fresh peach puree and a little vanilla Greek yogurt and honey.

Ingredients

  • 8 ripe peaches peeled
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • ½ cup (130 grams) vanilla Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Cut the flesh away from the pits of the peaches and blend until smooth. You will need to yield 3 cups (700 ml) of puree. Add the puree, honey and yogurt to a bowl and mix well.
  • Evenly fill 8 popsicle molds. Add sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours, or overnight.
  • If using a silicone mold, push from the end of the popsicle to remove. If using a hard plastic mold, run under warm water to loosen. Avoid running the water near the sticks.
