Ingredients

  • 1 cup (160 grams) fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup (60 grams) carrots, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • ½ cup (118 ml) coconut water more if it's too thick

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a NutriBullet or blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve chilled.
