Ingredients

  • 2 bunches broccoli cut lengthwise
  • 4 lemons cut in half
  • Canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat grill.
  • Brush the broccoli stems both sides with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the broccoli about 5-7 minutes per side until nicely charred and the broccoli is tender.
  • Grill the lemon, flesh side down for about 3-4 minutes until charred and caramelized.
  • Serve the broccoli warm drizzled with the lemon juice.
