(30 grams) fresh basil leaves

(15 grams) fresh cilantro/coriander leaves

(5 grams) rosemary leaves

chives
Zest and juice of 1 large
or 2 small limes

white vinegar

tablespoons
honey

teaspoon
salt

olive oil
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients (except oil) to a food processor or blender. Pulse until the herbs are finely chopped. With the blender running, drizzle in the sauce until smooth.
The sauce keeps in a sealed container, refrigerated for 7 days.
