Everyday Herb Sauce

A fresh and healthy sauce with basil, cilantro/coriander, rosemary and chives, sweetened with honey.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (30 grams) fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cups (15 grams) fresh cilantro/coriander leaves
  • ¼ cup (5 grams) rosemary leaves
  • 2 tablespoons chives
  • Zest and juice of 1 large or 2 small limes
  • 4 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients (except oil) to a food processor or blender. Pulse until the herbs are finely chopped. With the blender running, drizzle in the sauce until smooth.
  • The sauce keeps in a sealed container, refrigerated for 7 days.
