Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1 ½ tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 ½ tablespoons garam masala
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all the spices to a bowl and whisk well to combine. Use a funnel to pour into a sealable jar and store in a dark cabinet.
