Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ cup (75 grams) frozen mango chunks (this will chill the smoothie)
  • 4 strawberries stems removed
  • A large handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 cup (236 ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
