Baked Brie with Strawberries and Rosemary

Creamy brie pairs perfectly with sweet strawberries and fresh rosemary served on top of a delicious, crunchy multigrain crispbread.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces fresh strawberries cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 brie wheel
  • 2 teaspoons toasted slivered almonds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 °F with shelf in the center.
  • To a medium saucepan over medium low heat add the strawberries, fruit spread and rosemary. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes. Turn off heat and set aside.
  • Add the brie wheel to a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake the brie for 10 minutes until soft to the touch.
  • Remove the brie from the oven and top with the strawberry sauce garnished with slivered almonds and serve with your favorite cracker.
