- 2 acorn squash seeds removed and sliced
- ⅓ cup (78 ml) vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C.
