Ingredients

  • 2 acorn squash seeds removed and sliced
  • ⅓ cup (78 ml) vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C.
