Prosciutto Wrapped Apple Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 sweet red apple peel and cut into slices
  • 8 slices Parmesan cheese
  • 8 slices of prosciutto
  • Good honey
  • 8 fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  • Preheat broiler and add a rack to a baking sheet.
  • Cut the prosciutto slices to the same width add the apple slices.
  • Top each slice of apple Parmesan cheese, then wrap with 1 slice of prosciutto. Line them up on the baking sheet. Brush the tops with honey.
  • Broil for 2-3 minutes until you see the honey prosciutto and brown slightly and Parmesan has softened. Remove and allow too cool slightly. Serve with a basil leaf for each bite.
