Ingredients

  • 10 ounces (1 ¼ cups/ 300 ml) Pimm’s No. 1 liqueur
  • 24 ounces (3 cups/700 ml) sparkling clear lemonade
  • Strawberry slices
  • Cucumber slices
  • Orange slices
  • Mint leaves

Instructions

This recipe makes 4 servings:

  • Fill a large pitcher about halfway with ice. Layer in a generous handful of the strawberry slices, cucumber slices, and orange wheels so they are nestled beautifully among the ice cubes.
  • Pour the Pimm’s and clear sparkling lemonade over the ice. Stir gently with a long spoon to combine the liquid without losing the fizz.
  • Take your fresh mint sprigs and give them a firm clap between your hands before tossing them into the pitcher. This releases the aromatic oils instantly.
  • Fill four highball glasses with fresh ice and a few extra fruit slices. Pour the Pimm's Cup from the pitcher into the glasses, making sure each glass gets a colorful mix of fruit and a sprig of mint on top.
