Ingredients

Yields ¾ cup/178 ml

  • ¼ cup (60 ml) meyer lemon juice (about 5 or 6 lemons)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons green garlic finely chopped
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • Small pinch ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • To a bowl, add the lemon juice. Whisk in the honey until dissolved. Add the garlic then whisk in the olive oil until well blended. Salt and pepper to taste.
