Irish Coffee Milkshake Shots

Irish cream liqueur is blended with coffee ice cream, topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

- 1 cup (236 ml) heavy whipping cream
- 2 scoops coffee ice cream
- ½ cup (118 ml) Irish cream, cold
- 1 ounce (28 grams) dark chocolate, grated
- 6 chocolate cookie straws for garnish optional
Whip the cream to stiff peaks and set aside.
To a blender add the ice cream and Irish cream. Blend until smooth. Pour into shot glasses.
Add the whipped cream to a piping bag (or ziptop bag with the corner snipped off) and pipe the cream on top of the Irish cream mix.
Garnish with chocolate shavings and chocolate cookie straws
