To a dry pan, add the spices over low heat. Toast to bring out their flavors and remove the raw spice taste. Add to a mixing bowl, stir in the ketchup and set aside.
Spread the ketchup over the naan or your choice of bread. Add 1 serving of the chips/fries and add more ketchup and malt vinegar if desired. If using naan bread roll up, or if using bread or buns, top with the other half.
