Crispy chips/French fries are topped with an Indian spiced ketchup and wrapped in naan bread.

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ cup (120 grams) tomato ketchup
  • ¾ pound (340 grams) cooked chips/French fries *see note
  • 4 pieces of naan bread/8 slices of bread or 4 buns
  • Malt Vinegar optional

Instructions

  • To a dry pan, add the spices over low heat. Toast to bring out their flavors and remove the raw spice taste. Add to a mixing bowl, stir in the ketchup and set aside.
  • Spread the ketchup over the naan or your choice of bread. Add 1 serving of the chips/fries and add more ketchup and malt vinegar if desired. If using naan bread roll up, or if using bread or buns, top with the other half.
