Earl Grey lemonade is a perfectly refreshing and easy drink to keep you cool all summer long. Earl grey tea with its bergamot orange infused flavor is mixed with fresh lemonade for a tart, tangy, delicious drink.

4 Earl Grey teabags 1 cup (236 ml) fresh lemon juice 3 tablespoons honey or to taste Lemon and orange slices for garnish Mint sprigs for garnish
Add the tea bags to a heatproof jug. Pour over 4 cups/1 liter boiling water and allow to steep for 4-5 minutes then remove teabags.
Stir in the honey so it can melt in the hot liquid, allow to cool.
Once cooled, stir in the lemon juice and taste. Add more honey if you like it sweeter.
Pour over ice, garnish with lemon and orange slices and fresh mint.
