Earl Grey Lemonade

Earl Grey lemonade is a perfectly refreshing and easy drink to keep you cool all summer long. Earl grey tea with its bergamot orange infused flavor is mixed with fresh lemonade for a tart, tangy, delicious drink.

Ingredients

  • 4 Earl Grey teabags
  • 1 cup (236 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey or to taste
  • Lemon and orange slices for garnish
  • Mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the tea bags to a heatproof jug. Pour over 4 cups/1 liter boiling water and allow to steep for 4-5 minutes then remove teabags.
  • Stir in the honey so it can melt in the hot liquid, allow to cool.
  • Once cooled, stir in the lemon juice and taste. Add more honey if you like it sweeter. 
  • Pour over ice, garnish with lemon and orange slices and fresh mint.
