Ingredients

  • cup unsalted raw cashews , soaked in hot water for 15 minutes
  • 1 cup (236 ml) almond milk, unflavored, unsweetened
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon good honey or to taste
  • 1 cup (236 ml) brewed coffee, hot

Instructions

  • To a blender or NutriBullet, add the cashews, almond milk, coconut oil and honey. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the milk into a heat proof jug and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes until hot, not boiling. Stir.
  • Pour the brewed coffee into your favorite coffee mug about 2/3 full and top with the almond milk blend.

Make the creamer ahead and store in the fridge covered for 1 week. Warm as you need it.
