Ingredients

  • 1 banana peeled
  • 1 cup (128 grams) frozen fruit of your choice (see note) Frozen strawberries, blueberries, peaches and mango are all delicious options.
  • 1 tablespoon oats * see note
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon green tea matcha powder
  • 2 dates pitted
  • 1 cup (236 ml )any milk of your choice

Optional additions: protein or collagen powder, cinnamon, banana can be frozen

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If using fresh fruit instead of frozen, add a handful of ice.
