Brown the beef
Cook onion, carrots and garlic
Stir in tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce
Add flour to thicken, then beef stock and seasonings
Add the browned beef
Add flour and butter to a food processor and add water to make pastry
After resting, roll out pastry
Fill the pre-baked pastry base with the filling
Top with the rest of the pastry, cut vents and bake
