CULINARY GINGER
If you've ever had a traditional English afternoon tea, then you've had a British scone.

Fruit. Dried or fresh fruit can be added to scones.
Milk. Milk is mixed into the flour.
Shape. Form the dough into a thick round.
Cut. Use a cookie cutter to cut rounds of dough.
Milk. Brush the tops with milk.
