Vegetable Baked Beans

A great way to hide vegetables in your kids food. Packed with protein and fiber, they wont even know they’re good for them

Ingredients

– Dried beans – Olive oil – Yellow onion – Celery – Carrot – Garlic – Fresh tomatoes – Crushed tomatoes – Salt – Sugar – Worcestershire sauce

Step 1

Soften onions in oil

Add celery, carrot and garlic.

Add fresh tomatoes.

Add crushed tomatoes, salt, sugar and Worcestershire sauce.

When the vegetables are cooked,  puree.

Stir in dried, cooked beans. Bake.
