– Cucumbers – White Vinegar – Water – Mustard Seed – Dill Seed – Salt – Sugar – Fresh Dill

Step 1

Slice cucumber

Soak cucumber slices in ice water (to make them crispy)

Warm the vinegar with the spices

Step 4

Place the cucumber slices and pickling liquid in storage jars

They will keep refrigerated up to 4 weeks. Longer if canning  method is used.
