Wrap. Place a cooked egg in the meat and wrap around.
Coat. To separate bowls, add flour, beaten eggs and bread crumbs.
Flour. Coat lightly in flour.
Egg. Dip in beaten eggs.
Breading. Coat in bread crumbs.
Cook. Fry until golden brown.
Dip in optional mustard sauce.
