Samosa are probably everyones favorite Indian appetizer and you can fill them with just about anything you like. These are sweet potato & peas served with a mango sauce.

Make the dough:

Mix flour, salt, oil and water. Form into a ball, allow to rest, then cut into 4.
Roll:

Take one of the pieces and roll into a circle. Then cut the circle in half.
Shape:
Take 1 half of the circle and fold to make the corners meet.
