I always keep Dasani sparkling in my refrigerator and not being a soda drinker, these drinks satisfy the craving for something fizzy.
This is the 2nd cocktail recipe that I created for Dasani. If you’re a bourbon lover, you will like the sparkling twist on a classic Manhattan called a Sparkling Manhattan Skyline Cocktail. The peachy keen gin fizz is a refreshing departure from this cherry flavored cocktail with its fruity, peach flavor.
This drink can be made all year round and is refreshing and deliciously peachy. I know that peaches are not in season all year, so a can of peach nectar was used for the drink and to garnish, you can use frozen peach slices that defrost in minutes if you leave them at room temperature.
- 1 can Dasani Sparkling White Peach
- 3 ounces gin
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 3 ounces peach nectar
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 2 peach slices
- 2 sprigs fresh mint
Fill 2 highball glasses with ice. Fill halfway with Dasani sparkling white peach.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin, lime juice, peach nectar and simple syrup.
Shake for 10 seconds and pour into the glasses. Garnish with a slice of fresh peach and a sprig of fresh mint.
